Chinese and foreign academicians join hands, Jilin University Bionics Institute - Fengming Huanyu Industry-University-Research Inspection Base Signs and Unveils
Our Weihai client news (Reporter | Jiang Zhengxin) On November 14th, with the facilitation of the Weihai Industrial Technology Research Institute, Jilin University Weihai Bionics Research Institute and Shandong Fengming Huanyu Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. officially signed an agreement to jointly establish a production, education, research, and inspection base.
Both parties, led by CAS Members from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and academicians from the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, respectively, took the opportunity of jointly building a base to focus on helping Fengming Huanyu continuously make breakthroughs in key technologies and maintain industry leadership in areas such as the ultra-clean purification of lithium battery white oil and the large-scale purification of reinjection water from oil and gas fields. They further explored and matched relevant advantageous resources of Jilin University, explored cooperation in talent training, technology research and development, equipment sharing, standard setting, and other aspects, and promoted the transformation and implementation of more high-end talent technological achievements in Weihai. The participants also visited the Weihai Bionics Research Institute of Jilin University, as well as various R&D team laboratories and exhibition halls.
Nikolai Zaytsev, an academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and a specially-appointed expert at Shandong Fengming Huanyu Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., said that he was deeply impressed by the laboratory. He was most interested in using biomimetic technology to repair the natural environment, especially in the field of clean natural energy. He also hoped to have broader cooperation in marine cleaning in the future.
Zhang Ximei, the head of the Talent Resources Department at Weihai Industrial Technology Research Institute, said that the establishment of this cooperation is a good example of how their institute promotes top talent leadership and deep integration between industry and talent.
